Team assembling large puzzle pieces together
FIG. J—10

We offer

  • No bullshit work environment
  • Scale a venture that already has customers, revenue and real constraints
  • Personal impact from day one
  • Career option to move with the venture into its own company
  • Awesome colleagues
  • Onboarding phase mostly on site
  • After that, a high share of home office and self-directed work

What you'll do

  • Own the acquisition engine of a live commerce venture — traffic, feeds, conversion, margin
  • Get products ranked and sold across marketplaces and comparison channels, not just in ad accounts
  • Steer pricing and promotions against contribution margin, not against ROAS
  • Kill the promotions that buy volume and lose money — and find the ones that don't
  • Bring blended CAC down while volume goes up. That's the job.
  • Run paid and organic social as part of the same engine — one funnel, not a channel silo
  • Test and scale ads inside AI assistants — the channel that has no playbook yet

Your toolkit

  • Feeds — Google Merchant Center down to attribute level: shipping, availability, GTIN, price history
  • Feed layers — ChannelEngine or comparable, and the catalog behind them
  • Marketplaces & comparison channels — Idealo, PriceRunner and their local equivalents
  • Paid — Google, Meta, Shopping and social. Solid across the board, but the feed stays the core.
  • Analytics — GA4, GTM, Looker or similar. You read attribution without fooling yourself.
  • LLM ads — the emerging AI ad surfaces. Nobody is an expert yet; you're willing to be early.

Growth philosophy

  • Contribution margin over ROAS
  • Ranking is a product problem before it's a media problem
  • Every promotion is a hypothesis with a price tag
  • Fix the feed before you raise the budget
  • Volume that only exists while you pay for it isn't growth
  • New channels get tested small, scaled fast, and killed without drama

Requirements

  • You've run acquisition for a real catalog, not for a landing page
  • You can explain why a product dropped out of Shopping ranking — naming the attribute and the margin in the same sentence
  • You're comfortable being accountable for gross profit, not for traffic
  • You'd rather rebuild a feed than launch another campaign
  • Fluent communication in English
