FIG. J—05

We offer

No bullshit work environment
Real technical ownership — shops that make money while you work on them
Personal impact
Career option as Lead Dev / CTO in one of our ventures
Awesome colleagues
Onboarding phase mostly on site
After that, a high share of home office and self-directed work

Commerce stack

Shopify, ideally Plus — themes, apps, checkout extensibility
Headless commerce where it earns its keep
Payment, tax and shipping configuration across several countries
Migrations under live traffic — no downtime, no lost rankings
Two journeys in one funnel — repair and replace, laid side by side, so the shop knows when a repair should become a new device

Frontend stack

100% TypeScript
React
AstroJS
Tailwind / Shadcn
Core Web Vitals as a hard requirement, not a report

Integrations & data

Order relay into ERP and fulfillment backends
Product, price and stock feeds — in and out
Analytics wiring that survives a replatform: GA4, GTM, server-side events
SEO mechanics: redirects, canonicals, structured data
Journey and decision data — what a customer looked at, what they were quoted, what they chose

Engineering philosophy

Pragmatic, not dogmatic
Migration and redesign are two projects, never one sprint
Every checkout change is measured, or it didn't happen
Principle of least surprise
Build the rollback before you need it
Two journeys, one decision — the funnel earns trust by getting the repair-or-replace call right

Requirements

You've taken a shop live — or migrated one — while it was making money
You tell us unprompted what went wrong last time
You think in checkout probability, not in design taste
Technology-agnostic mindset
Fluent communication in English
