PleaseFix is a digital platform designed to address one of the biggest challenges in the industrial mobility sector: maximizing fleet availability and performance across the full lifecycle of vehicles.
Born as a strategic initiative within Knorr-Bremseβs digitalization roadmap, PleaseFix leverages deep industrial expertise and combines it with mantroβs proven capabilities in product development and venture building.
The result is more than a tool - itβs a scalable business model designed to create real efficiency gains across entire asset networks.
Situation
After-sales as a growth lever - underutilized, underdigitized
Knorr-Bremse, a global leader in braking and control systems, has built up unmatched expertise in mission-critical components for transportation systems.
However, that knowledge wasnβt fully leveraged to create proactive, value-added services in the digital space. The challenge was clear: how can that technical depth be turned into a scalable, productized offering that improves operational efficiency and creates a new revenue stream?
PleaseFix became the answer.

From idea to product
mantro worked closely with Knorr-Bremse to shape a user-centric, technically scalable and clearly validated MVP. The focus was on real-world use cases, intuitive UX and early operational readiness.
Building a monetizable business
Going beyond the product, we developed a full business logic: pricing model, distribution approach, governance and venture architecture - all aligned with Knorr-Bremseβs broader strategic goals.
Executing as a true co-builder
