What you'll do
- Own the business side of new ventures — from first customer to product-market fit
- Find, validate, and close early customers before there's a brand to lean on
- Shape business models, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for 0-to-1 products
- Work directly with founders, corporate partners, and investors
- Build commercial traction that turns a prototype into a fundable company
Your toolkit
- CRM & pipeline — HubSpot, Pipedrive, whatever gets the job done
- Market research — you know how to size a market without a McKinsey deck
- Financial modeling — enough to build a business case that holds up in front of investors
- Storytelling — pitch decks, cold outreach, partnership proposals

Requirements
- You've sold something before nobody knew they needed
- You can talk to a CTO and a CFO in the same meeting
- Comfortable in ambiguity — no playbook, no safety net
- Startup or venture building experience is a must
- Fluent communication in English
